May Summit
Welcome to SUMMIT, a monthly opportunity for all young adults around the region to be renewed together by the source and summit of our faith: The Eucharist.
There will be adoration, Mass and confession available. Everyone in their 20s and 30s are invited.
This is an opportunity to truly get up close to Jesus and spend quality time with Him, in communion with all the young adults in the Tampa Bay area. Our Lady of Divine Providence, aka House of Prayer, is centrally located and less than a 30 min. drive away from the hearts of St. Petersburg, Tampa and Holiday.
Adoration will begin at 7 p.m. and Mass will go from 8 to 9 p.m. with confession provided throughout. Even-numbered months will feature music from local Catholic artists and odd months will have contemplation in silence.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where should I park? The City of Tampa Poe Parking Garage, located at 800 N. Ashley Dr., is your closest and least expensive option. Please click here for a link to view more parking options close to the Straz Center.
What if my plans have changed and now i can't attend? Please let us know in advance so your ticket can go to another person. It would be sad if any tickets went unused. Contact Heidi Varley at hlv@dosp.org if you need to cancel your registration.
Where can I find food for purchase? We suggest checking Google for “Restaurants Near the Straz Center in Tampa” to find great options. Also, there will be several snack food and beverage options inside the Straz lobby starting at 6:00 p.m.

On May 10th, Catholics from all around the Tampa Bay will fill the Straz for an amazing evening all united in faith. Roar of the Rosary will include reflections from Cardinal Burke, Bishop Parkes, Gus Llyod, and Mother Adela with music by the Vigil Project. The night will culminate with a Eucharistic experience as we cover our Diocese with prayer.
While this event is free, the seating is limited. Registration is required and we want to have the young adults of Tampa Bay be a big part of the attendance. Sign up today and secure your spot. Respond to the call of our Bishop with your conviction and your yes!
It is a special honor for our Diocese to be able to host Cardinal Burke for this event. It isn’t his first time but it should be his most memorable. Through gathering together in prayer, we can invite the Holy Spirit to move in radical ways.
Let’s help fill the Straz for this incredible moment. The night will start at 6PM and go until 10PM. Logistics are being worked out for a Eucharistic procession by boat down the Hillsborough river. The event organizers are still saving even more surprises to be revealed soon!

May Social at Pee Pa's Craft Brewery
For our May social, we are returning to a community favorite. Join us at Pee Pa’s Garage Craft Brewery for a relaxed time with great people. Pee Pa’s is Catholic owned AND they’ve made some fun additions since our last social was hosted there.
We will start gathering at 7:00PM and hangout till about 9:00PM. Outside food is welcome, there is not usually a food truck on weeknights.

Spring Theology on Tap with Fr. Andrew Burns
Join us for our Quarterly Theology on Tap on May 7th at 3 Daughters Brewing! This gathering, we are blessed to have Fr. Andrew Burns coming to give the talk. Fr. Andrew is currently the Parochial Vicar at Christ the King, soon to be at the Cathedral of St. Jude. He has been ordained almost 7 years and is an alumni of FSU. His talk will center on how our Catholic faith honors Mary and her role in Salvation.
We will start gathering at 7:00PM with the talk starting at 7:30PM. We will be in the main warehouse. 3 Daughters has a large selection of beers and ciders as well as a great food menu. We hope to see you there!

Join us for our April social at everyone’s favorite local disco bar! Good Night John Boy is a fun and recent addition to downtown St. Pete so come out for some throwback music and good friends. We encourage you to dress in theme with the bar. Our gather time will be at 7:00PM.

Hear about the beauty and mystery of the Eastern Rite of the Catholic Church with a brief talk by the pastor, Fr. Bob Evancho. Then we'll move the party into the church hall for a social. Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament begins at 7 p.m. with Mass at 8 p.m.
WHO IS IT FOR?
Young adults in their 20s and 30s for anyone in the Diocese of St. Petersburg (our Venice regulars are welcome too ;))
WHERE IS IT?
SUMMIT is hosted at the House of Prayer at Our Lady of Divine Providence in Clearwater and is less than a 30 min. drive from the hearts of St. Petersburg, Tampa and Holiday.

Young Adult men! Join us Tuesday March 12th at Casa Perfecto Cigars in St. Pete for authentic Christian fraternity. No Sunday Coffee Group
Hey all! We will be taking a break from our Sunday Coffee Group on this Sunday for a few reasons. First, our team will be handling cleanup and recovering from hosting the Tampa Bay Young Adult Retreat and second, with it being Super Bowl, we are not in the business of competing with any parties or gatherings your friends may have. Also, we know a lot of our regulars will be going to the Saturday Vigil Mass on retreat. See you back again next Sunday!
6th Annual Tampa Bay Young Adult Retreat
IMORTANT UPDATE: Registration for the 6th Annual Tampa Bay Young Adult Retreat has closed. We have had a tremendous response with 180 people signed up!
Due to overwhelming response and our venue’s capacity, we will not be able to accommodate walk up registrations this year. All registrations must be in advance. If you have any questions please reach out to us at catholicya.stpete@gmail.com
Get ready for the 6th Annual Tampa Bay Young Adult Retreat!
In our Wonder we let God captivate and compel us to seek greater things than we would on our own merit. When live our faith with Wonder, it comes alive. When we receive the Eucharist with Wonder, we come as God’s children. When we walk this world with Wonder, literally everything changes. Join us on February 10th as we seek a deeper sense of Wonder in the infinite and everlasting God.
The retreat will be hosted at St. Raphael Catholic Church in St. Pete. It will include morning hospitality, lunch and dinner. We will have captivating speakers, worship, Sacramental opportunities and plenty of time for fellowship. Join young adults from around Florida for a day of faith.
Cost of Registration - $50
Registration will close Thursday, February 8th, at noon or if we hit capacity before then.
